Wet Nose Animal Rescue Centre simplifies online purchasing by providing dependable door-to-door / door to locker delivery with just a click. It’s important to note that processing times may vary based on the items in your order.

To begin delivery for EFT payments, we need proof of payment and bank clearance. Please send proof of payment to shop@wetnose.co.za via email.

Orders received after 13h00 will be processed and packed on the next business day. For orders placed during weekends or public holidays, processing will only start on the next business day.

Once your order has been confirmed and is ready to be shipped, an email with the relevant tracking information will be received. This information will allow you to monitor the progress of your order and stay up-to-date on its delivery status.

You will be able to track your order from the moment the courier service has been notified regarding collection. This means that you will be able to see when the courier company has picked up your order and when it is en-route to its final destination. You will also be able to see the estimated delivery date and time, as well as any updates on the status of your order along the way.

Delivery generally takes up to 4-5 business days, depending on the area chosen.

The delivery time is dependent on the completion of the processing period, which may vary. We recommend reaching out to Wet Nose Animal Rescue Centre to obtain an estimated timeframe.

We utilize a third-party courier service for shipping all orders.

Orders will be confirmed once they have been processed and payment has cleared in our account. Local Pick Up: At Wet Nose Animal Rescue Centre, we offer a convenient local pick-up option for customers who prefer to collect their orders themselves. Instead of waiting for delivery, you can simply choose the local pick-up option during the checkout process and select Wet Nose Animal Rescue Centre for pick-up. Once your order is ready for collection, we will notify you via email or phone call. This option not only saves you delivery fees but also allows you to check the products you ordered before taking them home. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our local pick-up option, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Processing and Delivery Period

Residential Address Delivery: This option typically takes between 3-5 business days for delivery only, depending on your location. This is subject to an initial consolidation period of 1-2 business days. Times may vary depending on instore availability.

Locker Delivery: The option we are referring to takes approximately 1-3 business days for delivery, although this estimated delivery time may vary based on your location. Please keep in mind that this is an estimate, and unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather conditions, may impact the delivery time.

Additionally, we do allow for a consolidation period of 1-2 business days before shipping commences. This means that once you place your order, it may take up to 2 business days for us to prepare and ship your order.

However, please note that we may sometimes experience delays in stock availability. In such cases, we ask that you kindly wait for our response after placing your order. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for pick up.

The consolidation period for this option may take up to 48 hours, which means that it could take up to 2 business days for us to process your order and have it ready for pick up. However, we will make every effort to get your order ready as soon as possible.

If there are any unforeseen delays in the consolidation period or if there is a delay for any other reason, we will contact you to inform you of the situation. We understand that prompt and reliable service is crucial, and we strive to keep our customers informed every step of the way.
