The rain was pouring down in Rayton, soaking everything in sight and in the middle of it all, there was Colby – just 8 months old, drenched, alone, and darting through the streets with no shelter in sight.

We rushed out to help, and when we finally reached him, he was sopping wet, his little body shivering from more than just the cold. We dried him off, wrapped him in warmth, and made sure he was safe. Thankfully, this gentle soul didn’t fall ill, but who knows how long he’d been out there.
Colby isn’t like most pups his age. While many are wild balls of chaos, Colby is calm, sweet, and well-mannered. Sure, he’s still got a bit of puppy energy but his heart is pure gold. He’s not obsessed with treats or toys, he actually much prefers getting love.
