He Just Never Stops Purring

He Just Never Stops Purring

If you’ve ever wondered what pure affection looks like, well, it looks a lot like Cheeto.

Cheeto is a 4-year-old boy who didn’t lose his home because of anything he did. His owner loved him, but due to a disability, they simply couldn’t care for him anymore. With one of the heaviest goodbyes imaginable, Cheeto and his two cat friends were surrendered to us.

Walk into the cattery, and he’s the first face you’ll see. He rushes to the gate with that soft, hopeful look – the kind that tugs at your chest before you even realise it. He leans into your hand, pushes his cheek against your arm, and purrs continuously, like he has since the day he arrived.
Cheeto is the cat who melts into your touch. The cat who follows you around for extra scratches. The cat who climbs onto the bench beside you and closes his eyes like he’s finally safe again. The cat who loves people with every fibre of his tiny biscuit heart.

All he needs now is someone who will love him back.

Cheeto is ready for a forever home. One where he can curl up next to his person, greet them at the door, and purr his way through the rest of his life.

If you can open your home to him, please reach out to us on 082 677 8084. If you can’t adopt, please share his story. You never know whose heart he might touch.
