Today, we invite you to fall in love with Lulu, a 5-month-old Collie X with a story of courage, love and many kisses.
On the 11th of January, a kind-hearted lady discovered Lulu struggling in the waters of the Bronkhorstspruit River. Without a second thought, she rescued Lulu, who was nearly drowning, and brought her to our shelter.
Lulu’s start in life may have been filled with challenges, but this little survivor has not let her past dim her bright smile. Despite what she has been through, Lulu is remarkably open-hearted and fearless. She hasn’t closed herself off to the world or to love. In fact, she craves affection more than anything, enthusiastically giving out kisses and cuddles to anyone who stops by to say hello.
Not only is Lulu filled with love, but she’s also incredibly intelligent. She picked up the command to ‘sit’ impressively fast, showing just how eager she is to learn and please.
