The moment we got her back to the shelter, everything changed...

Goofy is a 1-year-old Fox Terrier X, and somehow, she just appeared at a business in Bronkhorstspruit. This sweet, slightly underweight little girl came wandering in as if she was hoping someone would notice her. So they let her in, closed the doors, and kept her safe inside until we could arrive. No rushing her out, no turning her away, just kindness when she needed it most.

When we collected her, there was no struggle. Just a gentle, slightly shy little dog who trusted us enough to go along. At our clinic, we found nothing wrong with her, except that she was a little underweight. From the moment we got back to our clinic, she was asking for love, leaning in, soaking up every bit of attention she could get.

She’ll climb into your lap like she’s always belonged there. She’ll ask you for scratches like it’s the most important thing in the world. The moment you give her attention she lights up in a way that’s impossible to ignore.
